Dr. Robert Schatz is an on-site cardiologist with expertise in the areas of echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), nuclear cardiology, loop recorder implantation, and lipid management.

He received his medical degree from the University of Southern California. In addition to serving as a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Schatz also is a member of the American Society of Echocardiology and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Schatz offers cardiology services to patients recovering from a heart attack or heart failure, as well as preventative care to help patients lower their risk of heart disease, heart attacks, and strokes. Through a regional partnership, Dr. Schatz also has immediate access to cardiology resources, allowing him to treat more complex cardiovascular conditions.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Schatz believes in open communication with patients, offering affirmation and reassurance that their concerns are being taken seriously.

When he isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Schatz enjoys trail biking, hiking, water sports, and writing.
