Our organization is registered with the secretary of state as a charitable organization and as a charitable trust. We are classified as an organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified as a public charity under Sub-Section 509(a)(1). Contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by the law.
