UROLOGIST DR. TRISHA KRUGER JOINS SAMARITAN HEALTHCARE
MOSES LAKE – Samaritan Healthcare is pleased to announce that Trisha Kruger, MD, has joined their Urology team. As an experienced urologist, she provides care for men’s and women’s urologic concerns, as well as for men’s reproductive health.
Dr. Kruger will consult on, diagnose, and treat urinary stones, urological cancers, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, prostate health, and other conditions that affect the kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra, and male reproductive organs. She also specializes in urinary stone treatment with laser lithotripsy and ureteroscopy, extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) and percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Dr. Kruger will perform prostate biopsies and surgical procedures such as vasectomies.
Building relationships with her patients and providing them with treatment options is a key component of her practice.
“With urology there isn’t always one right answer. There can be many different treatment options, from dietary changes or medication, to physical therapy or a surgical procedure,” said Dr. Kruger. “I take the time to listen and get to know my patients so that we can create a treatment plan together.”
Dr. Kruger earned her Doctor of Medicine from Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. She completed her urology residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Penn State University in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kruger looks forward to using her medical training and experience in establishing Samaritan’s urology department.
“I’m excited to be able to provide urological services right here in Moses Lake,” said Dr. Kruger. “Patients can now receive complete care for urologic health—from initial consultation and diagnosis, to treatment and follow up without having to travel.”
Dr. Kruger is accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, call (509) 793-9770.
