As a gastroenterologist, Dr. Paul Warfield has more than 30 years of experience diagnosing and providing care for gastrointestinal diseases and digestive disorders, such as IBS or Crohn’s disease treatments. Dr. Warfield consults on, diagnoses, and treats gastrointestinal disease, colorectal cancer, fatty liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcers, reflux, and other conditions affecting the gut, pancreas, liver, and other digestive organs. He also performs preventive-care procedures such as endoscopies and screening colonoscopies.

Dr. Warfield is fellowship trained in gastroenterology and completed an inflammatory bowel disease clinical fellowship under world-renowned gastroenterologist Dr. Joseph B. Kirsner. Dr. Warfield is also Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association—the nation’s most prestigious medical society dedicated to gastrointestinal disease and disorders.

Taking his time with patients, he provides thorough examinations, listens, answers questions, and makes sure they understand their conditions and treatment plans.

When he’s not providing care for patients, Dr. Warfield enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and wine-making.
