Dr. Kameron Firouzi was born at Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake, WA, and he was raised In Moses Lake, too. Because of his strong ties and fond memories of his supportive hometown, he chose to return from his previous medical practice to provide OBGYN care at Samaritan.

Dr. Firouzi’s interest in medicine was sparked in the third grade. By fifth grade, his father helped him map out the options between a career as a doctor or a professional athlete. Medicine was the logical choice.

While in medical school, he chose to focus on women’s health—shaped by his upbringing with sisters and early exposure to women’s health issues in medical school. Dr. Firouzi’s strong drive for academic excellence persisted throughout his education and he became one of the youngest to finish medical school at the age of 25.

Dr. Firouzi provides care for his OBGYN Moses Lake area patients with an empathetic and patient-centered approach. He enjoys the continuity in care he provides for women’s health concerns—from delivering babies, to all types of women’s gynecological surgeries, adolescent health and routine Pap tests, and managing hormone imbalances or menopause concerns.

When he’s not providing care for patients, he enjoys family time with his wife and their child, playing with their dogs, and sports such as golf, basketball, softball, and hunting for pheasants and ducks.
