Samaritan's mission is "to provide healthcare services that improve the well-being of the people of our community".

To that end, we have embarked on a journey of service excellence. This includes incorporating a set of performance standards into our daily lives. These standards establish specific behaviors that employees are required to practice while on duty.

These standards were developed by employees who represent our various departments and professions. These behaviors are demonstrated instinctively by Samaritan Healthcare's conscientious and caring workforce. All employees are expected and encouraged to diligently apply them everyday as valued members of the Samaritan Healthcare Team.
