Patients and Visitors
Samaritan Hospital encourages visitors to assist in the health promotion and healing process of our patients. Visiting hours are open at Samaritan with no defined hours. Changes in a patient's condition may necessitate modification of these procedures upon the request of the physician or discretion of the charge nurse or nursing director. If the number of visitors in a patient's room becomes unmanageable or poses a safety risk, the nurse, charge nurse or point of entry manager may reasonably limit the number of persons in the room.
Visitors arriving after 8:30 p.m. should check in at security, located at the emergency department/admitting area, to obtain a visitor's pass.
Effective Immediately 12/19/2018:
